DHL Express provides courier service to deliver the passport of Ukrainian citizens from The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to the Foreign diplomatic institutions (e.g. Embassy of Ukraine).

Within this project DHL Express can deliver the passports, which were ordered to be issued at the Embassy/Consulate of Ukraine in the country where the customer is located.

Also if citizens are abroad and didn’t manage to receive an international passport or ID card ordered from the State Migration Service unit in Ukraine, it is now possible to receive these documents through the Foreign diplomatic institution of Ukraine.

1. Order the new passport at the Embassy or Consulate if Ukraine and receive an incoming application number.
2. Pay for the order on this page, specifying: country; entry number of the application; Full name of the passport holder; the name of the Embassy/Consulate; Your email for receipt and further communication; pay for courier delivery.
3. Fill out the Application form for DHL express delivery and pass it to the Foreign diplomatic institution together with the receipt (template of the Application form can be found on the Embassy’s /Consulate’s web site).

DHL Express delivers documents shipped from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to the Foreign diplomatic institutions within the 7-12 working days.

Please note that before the transfer of passport from MFA to DHL some internal procedures of the governmental institutions should be completed, and DHL cannot influence on their duration.
