Important information for DTEK Kyiv electricity networks subscribers (04.06.2018)

We are informing that due to the termination of the agreement between DTEK Kyiv electricity networks and Kyiv City Administration, there have been changes related to the receipt of payments in favor of the DTEK Kyiv electricity networks STB for the services of centralized heating and hot water supply. From 01.06.2018 the payment of bills for May of the current year is carried out in favor of KP "Kyivteploenergo".

How to pay unpaid bills?

Since May 1, the utility company "Kyivteploenergo" is the executor of centralized heating and hot water supply services. However, for the resources used before May 1, customers pay for DTEK Kyiv electricity networks.

Pay for the services of the DTEK Kyiv electricity networks power station by using the Portmone. To do this, use the following services:

• pay the debt for centralized heating;
• pay the debts for the supply of hot water.

When to expect an account from KP "Kyivteploenergo"?

After 10.06.2018, customers registered in the Purse system will receive bills for centralized heating and hot water supply services in May 2018. You will be able to pay these invoices using portmone.com.
