With Portmone, you can pay for KievNet internet services in just a few minutes, even without registering an account. After an online payment is completed, funds are usually credited to the provider's account within 2–3 minutes. However, the maximum processing time may be up to 72 hours.
If the funds have not been credited to your account, please contact Portmone Customer Support and provide your payment receipt as proof of payment.
To top up your KievNet account by bank card through Portmone, you need to enter your contract number. You can find it in the service agreement you received when the service was connected.
If you no longer have the document, you can obtain your contract number by contacting KievNet Customer Support.
By default, payments for KievNet services may include a service fee, the amount of which is displayed on the payment page.
However, registered Portmone users can activate the "Month" subscription plan and pay for internet services, transportation services, mobile top-ups, TV services, utility bills, and security services without a fee.
