The subscriber identification number (ID) is indicated on the bill you receive from the Center for Municipal Services (CKS). You need to enter this number on the Portmone payment page so that the system can automatically find your personal account and display the current charges.
The CKS unified bill may include several housing and utility services. Depending on the building and the agreements in place, these may include water supply, wastewater disposal, hot water, centralized heating, building maintenance, household waste collection, and other services. The exact list is determined separately for each address.
Payments for CKS services via Portmone are subject to a fee of 1.3% of the payment amount, with a minimum fee of UAH 5. Before confirming the payment, the system always displays the final fee, so you can review all costs in advance.
Utility bills are usually generated by the 10th of each month. To avoid overdue payments, it is recommended to pay by the 20th of the current month.
After a successful payment via Portmone, an electronic receipt is automatically generated and sent to the email address provided during the payment process. If you use a personal account, you can view, download, or print the receipt at any time in the “Archive” section.
