• Archival tariff "Subscription fee":

  The customers are charged a monthly subscription fee in the amount of 9,90 UAH for using Portmone.com. This fee is charged only after the customer has signed up in the system, review the rate plan, accepted its terms and conditions and has made at least one payment through the system.

  Pay your bills without subscription fee first two month. This fee will be charged only starting with third month.

  For example:

  If you had become a Portmone.com client in November, then fee will be charged starting from January.

  The subscription fee is charged with the electronic bill similar as other companies’ bills. Payment is not made automatically; every customer has to do it manually.

  After the first payment the subscription fee will be charged regardless of payments made. With standard subscription fee customers can pay two bills of EACH company in the System within A MONTH.

  Total number of bills is not limited. However, if a customer receives three bills from the same COMPANY within A MONTH, his/her subscription fee is doubled and allows four bills from one company with no limitations to the total number of bills. Receiving 5 bills will triple the subscription fee and allow six bills from the same company, etc.

  Portmone.com subscription fee bill shows current fee and the debt for previous periods.

  In case a user hasn’t paid his Portmone.com subscription fee for two months he/she won’t be able to pay his other bills. However, the bills are still delivered to this user. We stop delivering bills if the user fails to pay subscription fee for three months. In that case user’s personal profile is moved to the archive of Portmone.com.
