Description of tariffs

For the use of Portmone.com service a monthly user charge of 9.9 UAH is charged. User charge is paid by a client, which passed registration, got acquainted with tariff plan, accepted its terms and carried out at least one payment in the system.

A user charge is charged next month after the date of the first payment. Here is an example: you were registered in the system in June, but had not paid the incoming accounts for two months, and paid a bill for the first time only in August. Then user charge will be charged from September, i.e. you will receive the first account from Portmone.com for 9.9 UAH on September, 1.

A user charge is not charged in one of the followings cases:

• if the service of mobile account replenishment at MTS company is only used without receipt of accounts from other companies;
• for UniCredit Bank cardholders, who has paid all the accounts with UniCredit Bank card(s) in the previous month.

User charge is charged as delivery of electronic account, similar to accounts from other companies. Payment of the user charge account is made manually by the client.

The user charge allows you to receive and pay up to three accounts per MONTH from EACH of the companies, presenting the accounts in the System, and does not limit the total number of the received accounts. If you order to receive four accounts from ONE company per MONTH, the user charge is doubled and allows you to receive up to six accounts from one company not limiting the the total number of received accounts. The 7th account results in trebling of the user charge and allows you to receive up to nine accounts from one company, and so on.

Invoice for user charge payment is billed in the end of calendar month. The invoice contains the user charge amount for the last month and the outstanding amount of the user charge for previous periods. You have possibility to pay the user charge for the next periods in advance. Information on advance payments is also represented in the billed invoice.

In the case of outstanding amount for the user charge of more then 2 UAH, the possibility of paying of accounts in the Portmone.com system is blocked for this user, however the accounts of user continue to be delivered. The accounts of this client are suspended to be delivered, if an outstanding amount for the user charge exceed 20,70 UAH. Personal profile of a client is placed after that in the Portmone.com archive.
